The workplace is full of misinformation about various training requirements.  Learn from instructors who have been "Authorized by the OSHA Outreach" program and must conduct classes in compliance with OSHA guidelines.  The students who complete the 10-hour OSHA course are now eligible to receive a card from OSHA stating that the student has completed the requirements of a 10-hour OSHA card.

The 10-hour OSHA class is considered by OSHA to be a beginners course in OSHA compliance.  OSHA also "Authorizes" a 30-hour OSHA course, of which, we are "Authorized" to instruct to you and your employees.

Question:  Do you work for OSHA?

Answer: No, OSHA only "authorizes" our instructors to provide the "outreach" training on their behalf.  We must provide our instructors with continuing education through OSHA to keep our "authorization".  We pay our own expenses to become "authorized".  We do not receive any money from OSHA.  OSHA knows that many companies may ask better questions and feel more at ease working with someone not employed by OSHA.

Question:  If I receive a card issued by OSHA, will OSHA come inspect us?

Answer:  No, OSHA already knows to come inspect businesses and they know where you are right now.  By receiving the card, the enforcement division of OSHA will not know anything about the card, because the card is given to an individual and the individual is not linked to any company.

Remember, your company name is not tracked by OSHA's Outreach division, in fact, the OSHA Outreach division does not know where a student is employed.

The only way that OSHA would know that your employees had taken an OSHA Outreach class, is if "you" told an OSHA inspector during an inspection.

The course follows OSHA mandated guidelines for competition.
